WHAT WE DO BEST
If you have been injured in an automobile accident, work accident, slip and fall, or any other type of accident where another party is at fault, you may be entitled to financial compensation for your losses. This compensation can include reimbursement of medical expenses, rehabilitation or physical therapy, lost income, and compensation for your pain and suffering.
The Cape Girardeau, Missouri law firm of Adam Gohn, Esq will get you the compensation you deserve. Consultations are free and there are no fees if we don’t win your case.
When a worker is injured on the job in the State of Missouri, a worker may receive compensation for their medical bills, time off when they cannot work, and a settlement for the resulting disability from the injury. The disability can be a total disability or a partial disability. It is important to realize that you do not have to be completely incapacitated to have a work-injury related disability. In summary, there are three basic benefits that an injured worker is entitled to: medical, time off and disability.
Many people that are hurt at work are concerned about the cost of hiring an attorney to handle their case. AtAdam Gohn, Esq , we handle Workers’ Compensation cases on a contingent fee basis. This means that there is NO money up front, and there will be NO BILL for attorney’s fees and/or expenses. We only get paid when you get paid and initial consultations are always free of charge.
Millions of Americans seek assistance under the bankruptcy code each year. Filing for bankruptcy can reduce or eliminate debts, protect your home and property, and give you financial peace of mind.
If you haven’t executed a will or other estate document, you have an estate plan written by the Missouri Legislature. The Missouri Government wrote a one-size-fits-all estate plan for all Missouri residents that don’t take matters into their own hands. Most of our clients prefer to have a say in how their property passes at their death, rather than leave it up to Missouri lawmakers.

Negligence requires a showing that the defendant owed a duty of care to the injured party and failed to live up to that duty.
